1 way i do is make my GMAIL as my PC drive(like C:\ drive)…
First of all, download free GMAILDrive V1.0.9 and install.
Then, when you open My Computer, you will see a gmail system drive, double click and key in you gmail username and password.
Now you can just drag and drop your file into the folder.

BEWARE, there are few limitation since it using gmail as storage.
1. Your file size CANNOT larger than 10MB.
2. Your filename CANNOT longer than 11 character.

make sure you got broadband…else the upload/download will take you loger time.
